Do you sell perfume samples?

At the moment, we do not sell perfume samples. Please check with our partner profumohaus.de for samples.

How can I be notified about restocks?

If a product is currently out of stock, you have two ways to stay updated. You can log into your account to add the item to your wishlist, or simply click 'Notify me when available' on the product page to receive an email alert as soon as it is back in stock.

Are your products authentic?

Yes! All of our products are 100% authentic and original. For most of the brands we carry, we import the fragrances directly from the manufacturer's factory. This ensures that every bottle we sell is a genuine, original product coming straight from the source.

What is your return policy?

How long does delivery take, and what delivery options do you offer?

For deliveries in Germany, we use DHL Paket, which takes 1 to 3 business days.

As soon as your order is packed, we will email you a tracking link. A quick heads-up: It can take 1 to 2 business days for the DHL tracking system to update its initial status. If your tracking shows that DHL hasn't received the parcel yet, don't panic it is already safely in transit and making its way to you!
